Player attacks towards the defender with a low dribble. Then the offensive player raises up to get the defender out of the stance. Offensive player then attacks defender with low dribble.


Player starts by walking the ball up then goes into a running phase on coaches whistle and then back into walking speed on coaches whistle.



Players start with the ball in right hand, take two dribbles and then change direction, speed and hands taking two dribbles in opposite direction. Players then perform the same movement with change of direction, speed and hands.


Players start with the ball in the right hand facing the right direction in a side stance. Players take two side slide dribbles and then attack with three push dribbles in a forward motion. Player then goes back into two slide dribbles and ending again with three push dribbles in a forward motion.


Player uses this movement to make defender move and come of defensive stance. The offensive player makes a shake moving his shoulders from left to right and then attacking the defenders shoulders depending on the defenders movement through the shake.


Player uses the pass fake to move the defender and make him shift to the direction of the pass fake. Offensive player then attacks opposite position of the pass fake.


Player uses drop dribbles to create space from defender and when defender cheats under a screen. In the drop dribble, the player pushes the ball out in front without having to square up to the basket. It’s a catch, turn and push dribble move.


Player uses drop step to create space from defender and when defender cheats over a screen. In the drop step the player pushes the ball to the baseline out in front without out having to squaring up to the basket, it’s a catch, drop step, turn and push dribble move.


Player attacks the baseline directing defender to cut off the baseline and then the offensive player makes a move (behind the back, or between the legs) redirect move to the paint to get a better quality shot.
