Charlotte Coliseum Guest Services
What is the cost of parking?
The parking fee for a car is $5.00 for all events at the Charlotte Coliseum. The fee for a bus is $15.00 for all events.
Are children required to have a ticket?
Once a child has reached his/her second birthday, they are required to have a ticket to all events in the Charlotte Coliseum.
Does the Coliseum have an ATM?
A First Union ATM machine is located on the Main Concourse at section 109.
Where is First Aid?
The First Aid station is on the Main Concourse at section 109, across from the ATM.
Where is Lost and Found?
Lost and found items are taken to the Main Lobby Security Desk or the Guest Services Booth at section 115. To check for lost items after you return home, call (704) 357-4791.
Where are baby-changing stations?
All restrooms feature baby-changing stations.
What is Tag-a-Kid?
Stop by the Guest Services Booth at section 115 and we'll attach a wristband to your child that identifies your seat location should you and your child become separated.
Taxi Service
All pay phones in the Coliseum have phone numbers for taxi service.
Are cameras allowed?
Cameras without a flash are allowed. Video cameras, audio recorders and laser pointers are not allowed.
May food and beverage be brought in?
No food or beverage may be brought into the Charlotte Coliseum. You'll find a selection of food and beverages for purchase at the concession stands.
Is smoking permitted in the Charlotte Coliseum?
The Charlotte Coliseum is a smoke free facility. An outside area is designated for smoking at sections 101/102 and 135/136.
May I leave the building and come back?
Re-entry is not allowed when you leave the building unless another ticket is purchased.
Paging
Paging is not allowed within the Charlotte Coliseum.

Accessible seating is available. Purchase can be made through Ticketmaster Outlet, The Charlotte Coliseum or Ticketmaster Phone Lines (704) 522-6500.
Disabled Parking
Parking for patrons with mobility impairments is available immediately adjacent to the Charlotte Coliseum. Please display the appropriate license plate or hangtag.
Access
Curb cuts and ramps provide access through the main entrance of the Coliseum. Wheelchair service is available upon request at the Main Lobby Security Desk or at the Guest Services Booth.
