  • Q: How can I get extra tickets for a game?
    A: Contact your Fan Experience Representative to get the best seat locations available.

    Q: How do I access my Hornets online Account Manager?
    A: Simply go to Hornets.com and type in your user id (account # or email address) along with your password at the upper right hand side of the main page.

    If you do not know your password, contact your fan experience representative or the general fan experience line 504-593-4720.

    Q: How can I manage my tickets with “My Hornets Account”?
  • Ticket Exchange- post your ticket for sale to a game you can’t make

  • Hornets Ticket Swap- trade in tickets prior to game for free additional tickets to future selected game

  • Ticket forwarding- email your tickets to friends or family


  • Q: What happens after I sell my tickets on Ticket Exchange?
    A: You will receive 90% of the posting price which will be applied to your Hornets account. This credit can be applied toward playoff games or your next 2008-09 season ticket payment.

    Q: How does the Hornets Ticket Swap program work?
    A: If there is a game coming up that you can’t attend, simply turn in your tickets to earn free additional tickets to a future selected game. Tickets can be turned in by mail, brought to our office, or dropped off at the box office on an earlier game night. Tickets must be turned in 72 hours prior to the game that you cannot attend.

    Q: How do I reserve my playoff tickets?
    A: By purchasing your season tickets, you will have the first opportunity to select your current seats for the playoffs.

    Q: What if I lose or misplace my tickets?
    A: No problem. Use the ticket forwarding option to email them to yourself. This will automatically turn off your original tickets, and the emailed tickets will be all you need to get into the game.

    Q: How do I receive the latest updates on STH events and activities?
    A: Check out all the upcoming events on the Season Ticket Holder part of the website.

    Q: How do I pay my bill?
    A: You can pay your bill online, by invoice, or over the phone with your personal Fan Experience Representative.

    Q: At what age to children need a ticket?
    A: Maximum age limit for child to enter game without ticket- 2 yrs

    Q: Can I smoke in the New Orleans Arena?
    A: Smoking is permitted on the exterior porches of the following areas only:
  • North 100 Level (across from section 101-102)

  • East 100 Level (across from section 108)

  • East Ground Level


  • Q: Where is the Box Office? What are the hours?
    A: Box office is located on ground level on Girod St. side, and the hours are 9a.m.- 4:30p.m. Monday through Friday

    Q: Where can I get cash in the Arena?
    A: Capital One ATM’s are located:
  • Northeast Ground Level

  • 100 Level, across from Section 108

  • 300 Level, next to Section 303


  • Q: Are cameras allowed in the Arena?
    A: Cameras are allowed in the Concourse, during time-outs and breaks in the game, and before and after the game. However, cameras are NOT allowed during play. Video cameras are not allowed at any time.

    Q: Is the Arena handicap accessible?
    A: Yes, elevators are located throughout the Arena. Please call your Fan Experience Representative if you need full season ADA tickets. You may trade in your regular tickets for single game ADA seats at the box office prior to the game.
