Hornets To Participate In Vegas Summer League
New Orleans - The New Orleans Hornets will participate in the Reebok Vegas Summer League from July 7-14. The Hornets will play five games, taking on Cleveland, Washington, Orlando, New Jersey and Detroit during the competition.

Fans will also get their first chance to see the debut of Chris Paul, the Hornets’ top draft choice, as well as second round pick Brandon Bass when two of the games are televised on a tape delay basis on NBA TV. The Hornets’ game versus New Jersey (July 12) will air on July 16 while their game against Detroit (July 14) will air on July 20.
The Hornets are one of 16 teams that will be participating in the league, which will run from July 6-15. The games will be played at COX Pavilion on the UNLV campus.
