  • If I have multiple tickets on my device, do I need to forward individual tickets to the other members of my group?
  • We recommend everyone have their own ticket on their device to ensure the best experience throughout the Spectrum Center, but you can have multiple tickets on one device.

  • Select “Order Food & Gear” from the app’s homepage.

    Confirm or enter your seat location.

    Select “Express Ordering” and a location. Each location has a different menu and is available to anyone inside the Spectrum Center.

    Select the items you wish to order.

    Complete the transaction using the card you have on file or by entering new credit card information.

    You may then proceed to your selected pickup location. Each location has a designated line for Express Pickup.

    Once you reach the front of line, pull up your order from the "My Orders" button on the home screen of the app to redeem your order.

    Walk up to any concessions stand in the Spectrum Center and click on your Buzz ID, which can be reached from the “Arena” tab in the navigation bar or using the $ icon in the right-hand corner on every page. The Buzz ID will be scanned to charge your card on file.

  • How do I spend Buzz Bucks?
  • If you have a balance of Buzz Bucks, they will automatically be deduced from any purchases you make through the app or mobile payments. The remainder will be charged to the card on file. If you do not have a balance of Buzz Bucks, your card will be charged the full amount.

  • Your Buzz ID is how you pay for food and beverage with your phone at any concessions stand (excluding Express Pickup and In-Seat Delivery), and can be scanned to apply a Season Ticket Holder discount.
