Video: Charlotte Rescue Mission

Charlotte Rescue Mission is a Christian non-profit organization that provides food, clothing, shelter and residential addiction-recovery services for men, women and children struggling with homelessness and addiction. Through its Rebound men’s program and Dove’s Nest program for women and their children, certified substance abuse counselors build a foundation for long-term sobriety in people’s lives and then return them as contributing members of society. While many community programs focus on “symptoms” of homeless, poverty and addiction, the Rescue Mission focuses on the root of the problem in order to change people from the inside out.

The Charlotte Bobcats are delighted to partner with the Rescue Mission during the Chicago Bulls game on Saturday, January 25 and help it highlight critical community initiatives impacting the Charlotte community. Be sure to visit the Bobcats Community Corner across from section 112 at Time Warner Cable® Arena this Saturday to learn more about the Charlotte Rescue Mission.
