Dan Dunn, a speed-painting artist, was given the honor of announcing to the public at a show on January 18 at Penn Station in NYC, NY the three competitors in the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest. Dunn painted portraits of Shannon Brown of the Lakers, Nate Robinson of the Knicks and sketched Gerald Wallace of the Bobcats. A wiz with the paints Dunn admitted to being a fan of basketball but wasn’t much of an athlete. “No, no I can’t dunk I’m terrible. I play HORSE with my son and still lose” says Dunn.
