The Chicago Bulls finished the decade (1989-90 to 1998-99) with the best combined regular season record. The six-time champs won 70.8% of their games (558-230), finishing 16 games ahead of the Utah Jazz. The top nine clubs all reached the NBA Finals at some point in the decade. Every NBA team, with the exception of expansion franchises, Vancouver and Toronto, qualified for the postseason at least once in the decade. Chicago won 111 playoff games in the 90's, while teams finishing below .500 for the decade (15 teams), only won a combined 75 postseason contests. The Bulls are also the only club from the Eastern Conference to rank among the top seven teams, record-wise, for the decade.
