Admissions Policy
All guests entering the Arena must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. Only children under the age of two may enter the Arena free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests should retain their ticket stub for Guest Service Representatives to verify proper seat location. Guests are asked to sit only in their own seat, as designated by the ticket, to avoid inconvenience to others. Re-Entry to the Arena is prohibited.
Advance Tickets
To purchase tickets (if available) for future HEAT games and events at the AmericanAirlines Arena, visit the Advance Ticket booths at the Mezzanine Level next to the Miami Hoops Gear Team Store, Section 103, or the Ticket Office located on the NE side of the Arena next to Gate 3. You may also call 1-800-4NBA Tix, or purchase online at www.heat.com or www.ticketmaster.com.
Alcohol Policy
Florida State Law requires that a guest of the AmericanAirlines Arena MUST be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. There is a two (2) drink maximum per purchase per person limit.
All alcohol sales will cease at the end of the third quarter or at the discretion of the Arena management.
Announcements/Paging
The PA announcer will not make private announcements and/ or pages at the Stadium. Please designate a meeting location should your party become separated.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services location at Section 103.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in all men’s and women’s restrooms and family restroom at the arena.
Baby/Toddler Tickets

Bag/Purse Policy
Only fanny packs, purses, or small clear plastic bags will be permitted into the stadium.
Bottles & Thermoses For the safety of our guests, bottles, cans, coolers, ice chests, thermoses, containers of any kind, or any items deemed to be potentially harmful in any way by the AmericanAirlines Arena representatives are prohibited in the arena.
Bus Service
Save gas and money with the Miami HEAT Bandwagon! Fans traveling from Broward County can ride in a luxury Motor Coach for just $14 a game plus Ticketmaster service charges. The bus departs 90 minutes before game time from Outdoor World in Broward County (I-95 between Griffin and Sheridan).
The only way to reserve your space is online. Click here to select the game you would like to ride the Miami HEAT Bandwagon. Reservations are required and space is limited.

Cameras & Video Cameras
Video cameras are not allowed in the arena. The use of “non professional” still cameras without a flash is permitted during a Miami HEAT game. The use of still cameras during concerts or other events will be determined on an event-by-event basis.
Camper & RV Overnight Parking
Overnight parking is not permitted at the AmericanAirlines Arena.
Children

Concession Stands
Levy Restaurants manages concessions throughout the arena, offering a wide variety of food and beverages. Credit cards are accepted at the concession stands.

For the safety of our guests, bottles, cans, ice chests, thermoses, containers of any kind, or any items deemed to be potentially harmful in any way by the Miami HEAT representatives are prohibited in the AmericanAirlines Arena. Possession of these items may be grounds for ejection form the arena.
Credit Cards
Visa, American Express, Discover and Master Card are accepted at the Miami HEAT merchandise store, concession stands, booths, and at the Arena Box office.

The Miami HEAT reserves the right to eject guests whose behavior is against policy, unruly, or illegal in nature Game tickets will be forfeited. Your season tickets could be revoked, and arrest is possible.

Elevators
Elevators are for priority use of disabled guests and premium ticket holders. All other guest should use the stairwells or escalators.

Emergency Medical Services
The First Aid Station is located at Section 110 and is manned by the City of Miami Fire-Rescue crew during all events.
Entrance/Gates
There are 8 gates to enter the Arena. All Arena entrances will be open 1 hour before a scheduled event time.
Executive Offices
The Executive Office is located at 601 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132. The office is open from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM -5:00 PM.

The First Aid Station is located at Section 110 and is manned by the City of Miami Fire-Rescue crew during all events.

All Arena entrances open 1 hour before event time. Premium doors open 1 ½ before an event time. The times may vary for special events, so please call 786-777-1000 to inquire.

Miami HEAT tickets are available for groups of 20 or more along with special incentive opportunities for all group leaders. Simply contact your Season Ticket Service Account Manager at 786-777-1400 and you will they can assist you in coordinating the perfect outing for your group of friends, club members, or co-workers.
Guest Behavior
As a Guest of the AmericanAirlines Arena please be reminded that the Miami HEAT expect you to do your part to make game days safe and enjoyable for everyone. Entering or throwing objects, fighting, or otherwise acting in a dangerous, abusive, or profane manner can result in forfeiture of tickets, ejection from the game, arrest, and prosecution, and loss of ticket privileges for future games. We appreciate and thank you for your cooperation.
Guest Services
Guest Services Prime Timers, easily identifiable in red vests on game days, and all event days, are available to assist guests. Guest Service Booths are located at section 103 on the 100 level, 322 on the 300 level and the mezzanine. In addition, you may call our Guest Services Management department at 786-777-1237. Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM.

Lost and Found
On game days or event days, guests may inquire about lost items at any Guest Service or Season Ticket Services Booths. Otherwise, call the Miami HEAT during the week at 786-777-1400 to inquire if an item has been recovered. The Miami HEAT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Lost Children
If a child is lost, please notify Security personnel or Guest Services personnel in red vests.
Lost, or Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
We recommend that you use the FREE online ticket program “Print Your Tickets” to reissue any tickets that may be lost or stolen. This program is available until 2 hours before doors open.
If you are unable to use the FREE online program, please the Season Ticket Services window #1 located at the Ticket Office. Tickets will only be printed for the Account Holder of record. The reprint fee during regular season games is $20 per ticket.
During the playoffs the reprint fee is the value of the ticket plus a $20 reprint fee per ticket. If the account holder returns the original unused Playoff ticket(s) within 30 calendar days, a refund for the face value of the ticket, less a $20 reprint fee per ticket will be issued.
Tickets will not be released to anyone other then the Season Ticket Holder of record.

Merchandise
Hoops Gear in located on the Mezzanine offers the largest selection of Official Miami HEAT merchandise. Fans can choose from a selection of jerseys, exclusive NBA merchandise, and limited addition products. Store Hours: Open during all Miami HEAT Games, as well as special events. In addition hoops gear booth locations can be found on the 100 level HEAT merchandise can also be ordered by phone at 786-777-hoop or on our website www.hoopsgear.com. On game days booths are located on the 100 level at section 110, and the 300 level section 315.
