Log in to your My HEAT Season Tickets Account with your unique Account ID and Password. Then, simply choose the link you're interested in or select 'Get Started' to begin forwarding tickets, posting tickets for sale and more. Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone, up to 2 hours before the game, via ticket forwarding. This service allows you to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a game. It’s so easy – you don’t even need to have the tickets in hand. Avoid the hassles of overnight and in-person delivery and start enjoying the benefits of this new service. Follow these easy steps to email your tickets to friends. Step 1: Select the tickets you wish to forward. You can forward more than one ticket at a time per game, but only to a single recipient.
Step 2: Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address and any special message you'd like to send with your tickets. ![]() Step 3: Submit your billing information. The charge for forwarding tickets is $1.95 per ticket — a cost-effective alternative to overnight delivery or courier services. This year, forwarding is FREE for the 2006-07 season — courtesy of the HEAT! ![]() Step 4: You'll be asked to verify your order before completing the transaction. Once forwarded, the barcode on your original season ticket will be cancelled and a new one delivered to the recipient via email and can be printed using any standard printer. You'll receive an email confirmation for your records. Post Your Tickets for Sale
Log in to your My HEAT Season Tickets Account to get started. Can’t make it to the game? Now for the first time ever, you can sell your season tickets anonymously to other fans at the HEAT ticketExchange via Ticketmaster’s secure online exchange service. Posting and removing tickets for sale is quick, easy and secure. Step 1: Once you've selected the tickets you wish to sell, the "Posting Price" is set and you determine the listing’s expiration date.
Step 2: Verify that the information is correct, then select 'Post Tickets For Sale'. Your listing will be immediately posted to the HEAT ticketExchange. ![]() Step 3: You'll be notified via email of your listing status throughout the sale. These notifications include a posting confirmation email, an email if your tickets are purchased, a reminder email 24 hours prior to expiration date, and an email if the listing expires. Frequently Asked Questions: Who can offer their tickets for sale? All season ticket holders may offer their tickets for sale, subject to certain exceptions. Premium tickets (i.e. Starbox, Suite, Loge, Flagship) are not eligible to be posted for sale. How much can I sell my individual game tickets for? If a ticket is sold, you will receive a credit in your season ticket account for the ticket's Posting Price minus a 10 % seller’s fee. The "Posting Price" may be up to twenty (20) times the price you paid for the ticket. The tickets will be listed for sale at this price. If the tickets are purchased, the buyer will pay the "Posting Price" plus additional fees which will be reflected during the purchase process. How will I receive payment for my sold tickets? If your tickets are sold, you will receive a credit in your season ticket account for the “Posting Price.” The credit can be used to purchase playoff tickets or used towards season ticket renewals for future seasons. Once my tickets have been posted for sale, can I change my mind? Until your tickets have been ordered by a purchaser, you may cancel or change the details of your posted tickets. To change the details of a ticket(s) you have posted for sale, select "update" next to the tickets you'd like to edit. If you would like to change the number of tickets for sale, select "cancel" next to your posting. Then select the tickets that you would like to post for sale. Once your tickets have been sold, you have transferred all rights to your seats for the event. Your original tickets will no longer be valid for entry and you will not be eligible for a refund if the event is rescheduled or cancelled. You will not be able to use your tickets once they have been ordered. Edit Your Profile
