How to Access Your Personal Online Account?

Step 1: Go to www.myheatseasontickets.com

Step 2: Log in to your Personal Season Ticket Holder online account using your Account Number and Password. (If you need this information,please contact the Season Ticket Services Department at (786) 777-1400 or seasonticketservices@heat.com.)

How to Print Your Tickets?

After logging in and selecting your desired game, you will be able to download, save and print your game tickets on any standard printer up to the game schedule start time.

Step 1: Log onto your "My HEAT Season Tickets" account at
HEAT.com
Step 2: Select the game and seat location you want to print by clicking on each box to the left of each seat location.
Step 3: Once each box is marked, click "Print"
Step 4: Confirm that you want to print and click "Download Now"
Step 5: Save file onto your desk top.
Step 6: Open and Print the PDF file.

Ticket Forwarding: Email your tickets to friends, family or
clients

This service allows you to email your tickets up to 2-hours before a game's start time to your friends, family or clients to enjoy your seats.

Step 1: Log onto your "My HEAT Season Tickets" account at www.myheatseasontickets.com

Step 2: Select the game and seat location you want to email by clicking on each box to the left of each seat location.
Step 3: Once each box is marked, click "Forward".
Step 4: Enter the recipient's information.
Step 5: Confirm and send.

NEW: Once you forward your tickets guest will receive a forward invitation and will be directed to log into account manager. If the recipient does not have an account with the HEAT, he or she will be asked to create an account. After creating the account, they will be able to print the tickets.

NEW Paperless ticketing: Place your tickets on a Personal Identification Device

Get into the event with something you're carrying around already, your credit card. Just select the Paperless Ticket option.

Step 1: Log onto your "My HEAT Season Tickets" account at HEAT.com

Step 2: Under Account Settings, you will see a new option entitled Entry Methods - Paperless Ticket.

Step 3: Now you are ready to transfer your tickets to a Paperless ticket option. Go to Manage Here you will be asked to enter a credit card as well as your name and nick name (a simple description you make up that will be easy to reference when viewing stored entry options). This credit card number is now your PID.

Step 4: Now you are ready to transfer your tickets to a Paperless ticket option. Go to Manage your Tickets and Transfer.

Step 5: Select the game and seat location you want to transfer to your PID by clicking on each box to the left of each seat location.

Step 6: Once each box is marked, click "Paperless".

Step 7: Enter your PID number(s) (If assigning tickets across several PIDs). Each PID assigned to all or subset of the seats is now your device for entering the game.

Step 8: Go to designated entry point at any gate at Arena to present your card to the gate attendant. Once the magnetic stripe is read small receipt(s) will print and be handed to you containing your seat location(s).

Step 9: Enjoy an exciting HEAT basketball game. Go HEAT!

Ticket Exchange: Safely and securely earn Renewal Credit by selling your tickets online

If you know in advance that you cannot attend a game, now you can earn Renewal Credit to renewal your season tickets for the following season by posting your game ticket(s) on the HEAT ticketExchange on ticketmaster.com.

When Sold?

Once your posted tickets are purchased, 85% of your posted price is credited to your Season Ticket Holder account. (The barcodes on your printed tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer without the hassle and delay of standard delivery.)

When Not Sold?

If not sold before your indicated expiration date, your listing will be automatically removed and you will be notified via email that your tickets are still valid for entry.

Important Account Management Policies

Once your tickets have been sold, reprinted or emailed through "My HEAT Season Tickets" barcode on your original print ticket(s) will no
longer be valid for entry. To ensure that you do not mismanage your tickets, we strongly recommend that you immediately destroy any prior ticket(s) upon notification that they are successfully sold, reprinted or emailed.
