MIAMI, August 28 – With the entire season ticket inventory for the 2006-07 being sold-out, the defending NBA Champion Miami HEAT announced today that it will begin selling four Partial Plan Ticket Packages. All Partial Plan Ticket Packages include 10 regular season home games and will be the last opportunity for fans to guarantee themselves tickets for the upcoming season.

The Top 10 Partial Plan includes several marquee match-ups and features some of the NBA’s top teams, including the Opening Night ring ceremony contest versus Ben Wallace and the Chicago Bulls, the Christmas Day game against Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers and the rematch of the 2006 Finals, when the HEAT take on Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks. The price for the Top 10 Partial Plan is $600 per seat.

The Weekend Warriors plan includes several Friday and Saturday night games played at home this season. Games featured in the plan include LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, Chauncey Billups and the Detroit Pistons and Vince Carter and the New Jersey Nets. The price of the Weekend Warriors Partial Plan is $400 per seat.

The High Scorers and High Flyers Partial Plan features the NBA’s top gunners, including Allen Iverson and the Philadelphia 76ers, Carmelo Anthony and the Denver Nuggets and Paul Pierce and the Boston Celtics. The price of the High Scorers and High Flyers is $300 per seat.

The Young Guns and Rising Stars package includes some of the league’s future superstars. Games featured in the plan include Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic, Michael Redd and the revamped Milwaukee Bucks and Joe Johnson and the Atlanta Hawks. The price of the Young Guns and Rising Stars Partial Plan is $230 per seat.

All plans are based upon availability and quantities are limited. Fans can purchase any of the Partial Plan Ticket Packages by clicking here or by calling 786-777-HOOP during regular business hours. Purchasers will be limited to six tickets.

In anticipation of the overwhelming demand for 2007-08 season tickets, the HEAT has also instituted new procedures for the “HEAT Hopefuls” season ticket waiting list. All 2006-07 Partial Plan Ticket Package purchasers will have the first priority to be placed on the “HEAT Hopefuls” season ticket waiting list. If 2007-08 season tickets become available, fans will be contacted in the order of priority in which they sign up.
