HEAT Activate Walker, Place Wallace on Injured
MIAMI, Dec. 28 - Miami HEAT President Pat Riley announced this evening that the team has activated forward Samaki Walker from the injured list and placed forward John Wallace on the injured list with right knee tendinitis.
Walker, a 6’9”, 250-pound forward, was placed on the injured list on Dec. 16 with a right ankle stress reaction. He has appeared in 14 games this season and has averaged 4.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 13.6 minutes. Wallace, a 6’9”, 230-pound forward, has appeared in 21 games this season and has averaged 5.0 points, 2.0 rebounds and 11.8 minutes. |
