HEAT, It's a 10 Haircare Ink Partnership Deal
MIAMI – The Miami HEAT announced today it has signed a partnership deal with It’s a 10 Haircare, a South Florida-based, well-established haircare line sold in salons and beauty supplies worldwide offering exceptional multi-purpose products. The partnership makes It’s a 10 Haircare the Presenting Sponsor of the Miami HEAT Dancers.
The Miami HEAT Dancers are the league’s premier dance team. For four consecutive years (2006 – 2009), fans from all over the world cast thousands of online ballots, earning the squad the title of “Most Popular Dance Team in the NBA.” Their appeal is global, having traveled to and performed in China, Istanbul, London, Germany, the British Virgin Islands, France, Thailand and Barbados. Several former HEAT Dancers have also achieved stardom on a national level including Trista Rehn (2000-02), the star of the popular ABC reality series The Bachelorette, and Jessica Sutta (1999-02), a former vocalist for the pop group Pussycat Dolls.
“The Miami HEAT Dancers are our most popular and visible secondary brand,” said Eric Woolworth, President of The HEAT Group’s Business Operations. “Thus, pairing the award-winning Miami HEAT Dancers with the award-winning It’s a 10 Haircare brand is an exciting and perfect match-up.”
“The Miami HEAT Dancers are known for their amazing dance moves, hot choreography and tremendous beauty both inside and out," said Carolyn Plummer and Scott Scharg, Chief Executive Officers of It’s a 10 Haircare. "It's a 10 Haircare is so honored to be the official presenting partner of the Miami HEAT Dancers and help the women achieve beautiful hair on the court, as well as support their local community efforts off the court.”
The partnership will consist primarily of multiple in-game features across various forms of AmericanAirlines Arena digital signage including in-Arena messaging during HEAT Dancer performances, scoreboard identification and public address announcements. The Miami HEAT Dancers will also be outfitted in co-branded apparel during tonight’s Knicks vs. HEAT game and a future home playoff game. Additionally, It’s a 10 Haircare will also receive logo visibility on the HEAT Dancers section of HEAT.com and will be the Presenting Sponsor of the Celebrity Fan Cam during future HEAT games.
HEAT fans will be able to sample It’s a 10 Haircare products upon egress after the HEAT home games tonight and on April 14.
