HEAT Inks Deal with Tiger Direct
MIAMI—The Miami HEAT announced that they have signed a partnership deal with technology retail giant TigerDirect.com. The partnership includes the official unveiling of a “TigerDirect Zone,” a stylish technology lounge and retail center outside of Section 304 of AmericanAirlines Arena. The grand opening of the TigerDirect Zone will be during the Dallas Mavericks vs. HEAT game on Friday, November 15th. HEAT fans will have the opportunity to mingle with the HEAT Dancers, Burnie and in-arena host Dale and win prizes throughout the evening.
The partnership also includes courtside signage, an in-market promotion, in-arena promotions, mobile and online advertising.
TigerDirect.com has stocked the TigerDirect Zone with the highest quality consoles, gaming technology, and televisions. The TigerDirect Zone will function as a pop-up shop and will feature several products for fans including the 80 inch LG Ultra HD 4K TV, which will come loaded with 4K content.

The outpost will also include three workstations which will feature TigerDirect’s Retail 2.0 technology with Windows8 as well as four 60 inch TVs showing HEAT content, NBA league information and real time stats.
HEAT fans will also enjoy amazing deals on products from Intel and Alienware among others in the TigerDirect Zone. To add even more luxury and ease to the TigerDirect Zone, customers will have the option to have their purchases delivered to their home within 48 hours.
