HEAT to Host "TaHEATi Beach" Presented by Hublot

MIAMI, January 22 – The entire 2013-14 Miami HEAT team will join Micky and Madeleine Arison and Pat and Chris Riley at the Coconut Grove home of Ray and Shannon Allen for an exclusive fundraising event on Friday, January 24 beginning at 6:30 p.m. The beachside bash, “TaHEATi Beach” presented by Hublot, will feature a private dinner and live performance by members of the R&B group, Boyz II Men, as well as a live auction featuring exclusive, one-of-a-kind experiences. The live auction will also highlight presenting sponsor Hublot’s recently unveiled timepiece, a limited edition Big Bang Caviar “Lady 305.”

TaHEATi Beach

The TaHEATi Beach theme was chosen to acknowledge that the Boyz II Men concert performance will actually take place on the sand of the private lagoon and beach area known as Tahiti Beach. During the event, HEAT players, their wives and the event guests will engage in spirited HEAT game night activities, plus the HEAT players are slated to join Boyz II Men on-stage for a rousing performance.

Hublot Big Bang Caviar “Lady 305”

The ocean blue of Hublot’s Big Bang Caviar “Lady 305” timepiece evokes the sand, sun and sea of South Florida. The 41 mm-diameter watch features a bezel set  with 36 topazes and its solid case-back is engraved with a view of Miami’s South Beach with the 305 area code. The strap of blue alligator sewn onto black rubber completes the watch, providing exceptional comfort, flexibility and resistance.

Event Partners

Moet Hennessy, the leading importer and marketer of luxury wines and spirits in the USA, is donating a variety of their premium products including Dom Perignon, Hennessy XO, Terrazas Vineyards, 10 Cane rum, Glenmorangie whiskey and Belvedere vodka. Aventura Limo will provide transportation and once again, local iconic steakhouse Smith & Wollensky is providing all of the food for the event.

Event Beneficiaries

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund, which supports programs for the betterment of at-risk families in South Florida including Jackson Memorial Foundation Guardian Angels benefiting Holtz Children’s Hospital, the Miami Coalition for a Safe and Drug-Free Community, SafeSpace, and Home Strong. Last season, the event raised over $1.3 million for these worthy community programs.
