MIAMI, April 18 – To show appreciation to HEAT Nation for their dedication during the 2016-17 season, the Miami HEAT is hosting
HEAT Culture Day on Thursday, April 20th from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at AmericanAirlines Arena. With HEAT players and coaches embodying the concept of “HEAT Culture” all season long, the HEAT celebrated its unique spirit during the final game of the season by airing video elements and displaying a large “Culture” banner outside of AmericanAirlines Arena.
HEAT Fans are invited to immerse themselves in the HEAT Culture by coming down to the AmericanAirlines Arena and take their picture with the three Larry O’Brien Championship Trophies, which will be strategically placed so that the photo will include the HEAT Culture banner as the backdrop. Additionally, the very personification of HEAT Culture, the Captain, Udonis Haslem, will be on hand from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. to be included in the fan photos.
The Miami HEAT Store will be hosting it’s 50% Off Fan Appreciation Sale, beginning Thursday at 10:00 a.m., with the sale also taking place at TheMiamiHEATStore.com and the stores located at Dolphin Mall and Miami International Airport.

- Photo opportunity with the three Larry O’Brien Championship trophies in front of the HEAT Culture banner at AmericanAirlines Arena
- The first 100 HEAT fans in line at the Miami HEAT Store will receive a free Miami HEAT Street Banner
- Photo opportunity with HEAT Forward, Udonis Haslem, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- The Miami HEAT Store 50% Off Fan Appreciation Sale
- Appearances by HEAT Mascot, Burnie, the Miami HEAT Dancers and the Xtreme Team
- HEAT Camp Offer: All fans who sign up for HEAT Camp at HEAT Culture Day will receive $25 off their camp registration
- Café Bustelo product sampling
- Live broadcast on-site from 790 The Ticket
