HEAT To Host Youth Basketball & Dancer Camps

Boys and Girls Can Learn What It Takes to Become the Best Player or Dancer They Can Be 

MIAMI, 04/03– The Miami HEAT have announced that it will host HEAT Basketball and Dancer Camps for boys and girls between the ages of 7-16. Hosted by HEAT TV Analyst and former HEAT Assistant Coach Tony Fiorentino, HEAT Basketball Camp presented by Gatorade, will be held at South Broward High School, Everglades High School and Miami-Dade College Kendall Campus and includes basketball instruction, guest speakers, prizes, awards, surprises, plus much more. Campers will be grouped according to age and ability and lunch will be provided daily. The following are the camp dates and locations:

Janine Thompson, Director/Choreographer of the three-time “Most Popular Dance Team in the NBA” Miami HEAT Dancers, will teach campers high-energy dance choreography, physical fitness and team building techniques. Campers will also get a chance to meet and learn from members of the HEAT Dancers. HEAT Dancer Camp will be held at Everglades High in Miramar from June 15-19. 

HEAT Basketball and Dancer Camps are from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and space is limited.  One week sessions are $290 and $260 for every additional week.
