The 2007 White Hot Heat Playoff Ticket Sweepstakes begins 2:00 p.m. (EST) April 24, 2007 and continues through the conclusion of the NBA Finals or the elimination of the Miami HEAT from the 2007 NBA Playoffs, whichever occurs first.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing to take place on or around 48 hours prior to the Miami HEAT Playoff home game, for which tickets will be awarded, from among all eligible entries (provided a Miami HEAT Playoff home game will be staged). Winners will be notified by e-mail. Failure to respond within 24 hours of notification will result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. Only one winner per family or household. Winner may not substitute or transfer prizes or obtain cash equivalent, but sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater values.
All prizes will be awarded (provided the Miami HEAT are not eliminated from the 2007 NBA Playoffs and a Miami HEAT Playoff home game will be staged). Odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of entries received from legal residents of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties who are 18 years or older. Sponsors are not responsible for any prizes received after the end of the competition, due to an undue delay in postal service beyond our control. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility as well as a liability and publicity release within 24 hours of prize notification. In the event of non-compliance within this time period, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned to the sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.
Contest is open to legal residents of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties who are 18 years or older. Employees and the immediate families of the Heat Group, the National Basketball Association and its Member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., American Airlines Arena, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents are ineligible. Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulation. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of individual winners.
Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for sponsors, the Miami HEAT, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents to use winner’s name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, authorization, or remuneration, as permitted by law.
2 winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries. The prize will consist of 2 tickets to each Miami HEAT Playoff home game immediately following the drawing. If applicable, prizes will be awarded for 3 games in Round 1 (APR $540); up to 4 games in Round 2 (APR $960); up to 4 games in Round 3 (APR $1,360); and up to 4 games in Round 4 (APR $1,920). Total approximate retail value is $4,780. All other expenses not specified herein are winners’ responsibility, including transportation to and from the AmericanAirlines Arena for the game, parking and any other associated incidentals.
By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors, the Miami HEAT, the AmericanAirlines Arena, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Basketball Properties, Ltd., the Miami Heat Limited Partnership, the County of Miami-Dade, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, partners, officers, governors, employees and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and/or actions of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by all official rules of this contest.
