JOE PUJALA

Spanish Radio Analyst

Joe Pujala enters his 22nd year as a member of the Miami HEAT’s Spanish broadcast team. In his role, he provides game analysis and serves as the pre-game, halftime and post-game host on all Spanish language broadcasts. He has worked nearly 2,000 games and has interviewed coaches, players, athletes, celebrities and dignitaries for his pre-game, halftime and post-game shows. He contributes regularly as an NBA analyst for national and international Spanish language TV and radio networks as well as local radio stations.

For seven years he handled play-by-play duties on select Miami Marlins broadcasts on FOX Sports Florida and was the Spanish voice of University of Miami Hurricanes football as well. Pujala has also hosted an afternoon drive sports talk show on 990 AM ESPN Deportes Miami. During the last 35 years, his career has dealt mainly in the broadcast and advertising fields including managing the largest Hispanic radio group in South Florida. He has spent the last 22 years working in the advertising agency business, and is President of ADHOUSE Advertising, an award-winning full-service general and Hispanic-market advertising agency.

Pujala was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. He is a graduate of Barry University.
