Jennifer Mallery is beginning her 14th year with the HEAT and third full season as Vice President, Ticket Operations and Services. Mallery supervises the ticket operations for the Miami HEAT and AmericanAirlines Arena, as well as the Season Ticket Service and Retention Department for The HEAT Group. Her primary duties in her current post are to ensure the delivery of quality customer service and high retention rates for one of the largest season ticket holder bases in the NBA.

Mallery got her start with the HEAT as a customer relations representative in 1996 and held that position until she was named Assistant Box Office Manager the following year. From there she was promoted three times, serving as Box Office Manager in 1998, Director of Ticket Operations in 1999 and Sr. Director of Ticket Operations in 2002, before being elevated to here current position of V.P., Ticket Operations and Services.

A Miami native, Mallery received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her MBA at the University of Miami. She lives in Miami.
