Vinny Aquilino begins his 11th season with the HEAT as the team’s neuromuscular therapist. His responsibilities include providing the players with neuromuscular massage therapy and designing flexibility exercises to maximize their performance on the court.

Before joining the HEAT on a full-time basis, Aquilino worked for the team as an independent contractor for two seasons. Prior to his work with the organization, Aquilino was a self-employed neuromuscular massage therapist. The Queens, NY native also was an instructor at the Florida College of Natural Health.

Aquilino majored in physical education and exercise physiology at Queens College in New York. He and his wife, Clara, have one son, Nicholas, and reside in Boca Raton.
