HEAT Encourage South Florida Students to Succeed on the FCAT Test via the “HEAT FCAT VIDEO PEP RALLY”
“The Miami HEAT has scored big with this video for students,” said Joseph Garcia, Chief Communications Officer, Miami-Dade County Public Schools. The HEAT is leading the way in showing the community how important it is for everyone to be involved in education.” “Broward County Public Schools is happy to partner with the Miami HEAT organization in fostering student achievement,” said Broward County Public Schools Superintendent Frank Till. “I thank the team’s athletes and others for taking the time to participate in the FCAT video production that will certainly help motivate our students to excel.” The “HEAT FCAT Video Pep Rally” is yet another example of the successful relationship between the HEAT and the Miami-Dade County Public School District and the Broward County Public School District. The video pep rally will air in schools in both school districts multiple times via their in-house broadcast systems. The “HEAT FCAT Video Pep Rally” follows the Black History Month vignettes featuring Miami HEAT players, coaches and media personalities, which also aired in both schools districts during the month of February. In addition to the in school airings, the video will also be available for viewing on HEAT.com. |
