New York Knicks Head Coach Isiah Thomas

On the game:
“I thought (Stephon) Marbury was great in reading situations. He saw that (Jamal) Crawford really had it going. He just kept force feeding it in. It was good to see guys get in the zone like that, where they couldn’t miss. The most impressive thing I thought was, he (Jamal) scored 52 points on 30 shots. He was very efficient. That was the most impressive thing about it. We never really got out of character. Everything was really nicely done.”

On Jamal Crawford:
“He came into practice yesterday, and shot the ball well, and also this morning in practice. He’s in a nice zone now. I told him not to get around too many people, to stay balanced and to stay focused.

Knicks Forward David Lee

On the game:
“Isiah (Thomas) did a good job of calling the plays to get Jamal the ball. He gets hot. Jamal is a streaky shooter like that. You have to ride with it.”

On Jamal Crawford being the go-o guy:
“Usually we are used to having Eddy (Curry) in the post as our go-to guy. It is a different feeling to have a jump shooter like that. What makes Jamal tough to cover is his ability to put the ball on the floor and keep people off balance.”

Knicks Guard Jamal Crawford

On tonight’s game:
“It felt good. It felt good to get the win more importantly. They embarrassed us pretty good when were down there. We just needed to get a win.”

On his teammates feeding him the ball:
“I think that is a credit to my teammates. They did a great job of recognizing and giving me good looks.”

On being in the zone:
“You kind of just zone out. Even last game, I felt it against Phoenix. I just wanted to continue to do the same thing.”

On hitting 16 consecutive field goals:
“I just get lost in the game. It seemed like awhile (since I missed) but I didn’t know the exact number.”

More on tonight’s game:
“Steph (Stephon Marbury) called it early. He sees it coming. He said in the second quarter, ‘You are hot.’”

More on being in the zone:
“It looks huge. It feels like throwing a rock in the ocean. Everything feels like it is going to go in.”

More on tonight’s game:
“It felt good but if you score like that and lose it is all for not. We needed to get this victory.”
