December 20, 2006 | Bradley Center| Miami HEAT - 95 | Milwaukee Bucks- 121

HEAT Head Coach Pat Riley

On the fourth quarter:
“In the fourth quarter it was lights out. It was incredible. How they shot the ball, they were getting great looks.”

“We couldn’t make anything in the second half. We missed lay-ups, we missed jump-shots, wide open threes, just didn’t get to the free throw line.”

On the Bucks performance:
“They were great. They had a lot to do with us not playing well. I don’t take anything away from them. I’m disappointed in how we played. They were absolutely great in the second half.”

HEAT Center Alonzo Mourning

On Milwaukee's performance:
“They beat the world champion’s tonight. We play them two more times, I’m looking forward to seeing them again.”

HEAT Guard Dwyane Wade

On being back in Milwaukee:
“It’s always good to be back in Milwaukee, it’s always good motivation. It’s always good to come back to the Bradley Center where I’ve played a lot of games and won a lot of them.”

On the Bucks second half performance:
“They got hot. It’s no secret. They shot the ball as well as you can shoot it. I don’t remember them missing a shot, especially in the fourth quarter. They got hot and we came out in the third quarter kind of flat.”

On the team’s defensive effort:
“For us, it’s all about defense and defensive effort. They came out and put it to us in the second half.”

Milwaukee Head Coach Terry Stotts

On the Game:
“I thought we did a good job on Dwyane Wade and he still gets 27. Charlie (Bell), Ruben (Patterson), Mike (Redd), they all worked hard. Our big guys, I thought, did a very good job and made them see a crowd on pick-and-rolls. They still got to the basket a little too often. It’s nice when the shots go in, but I think our defense triggered everything.”

On Mo Williams logging a triple-double:
“I’m happy for Mo. It’s a credit to (him). He pushed the ball. He made good decisions in transition. He found guys. His rebounding all year has been very good. To get a triple-double is not an easy feat, anyways.

“We knew he had one assist to get, so we tried to keep it simple. Everyone knew if Mo passed the ball, they were supposed to shoot.”

Bucks Guard Charlie Bell

On what turned the game around in the 2nd half:
“I think defensively we turned it up a little bit. Coach talked about putting a little more pressure on Wade because we knew he was going to have the ball. I saw that he was starting to wear down and I started picking him up full court and (we) did a great job of shutting him down and making other guys have to create.”

Bucks Guard Maurice Williams

On getting his 10th assist to complete his first career triple-double:
“I knew (Coach Stotts) wasn’t going to give me too many more trips down to get it. I’m glad it happened really quick. Ersan (Ilyasova), off the bench, that’s a tough shot. He had a lot of pressure on him. He made it for me and I’m glad he did.”

On the key to tonight’s game:
“Defensively, I can’t say enough about what we did tonight against a great player like Dwyane Wade. I mean, we didn’t stop him, but I think it was tough on him tonight. He had to work for his points. Things weren’t easy. Defensively, we just did a great job. In the past, we played our defense off of our offense, but I think that our defense really ignited our offense today.”
