Reigning MVP LeBron James (30 points) made a left-handed layup just before time expired, lifting the HEAT to a thrilling 103-102 home victory over the Pacers in Game 1 of the East Finals on Wednesday. James also finished with 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Dwyane Wade scored 19 points and Chris Andersen, who made all seven of his field-goal attempts, finished with 16 points.
