The NBA FIT / WNBA FIT Dribble, Dish & Swish, Presented by Pepperidge Farm Flavor Blasted Goldfish crackers provides boys and girls, between the ages of 7-12, the opportunity to showcase their basketball skills in a time-based national competition against their peers.

• Boys and girls in three separate age divisions (7-8, 9-10, and 11-12) compete against each other in a basketball skills course which challenges participants to dribble, pass and shoot accurately as quickly as possible.
• The top two boy and girl competitors in each age division will advance to the National Finals in Orlando, Florida for a head-to-head competition.

The Dribble, Dish and Swish program is free - both to organizers who host a local competition and to every youngster who wants to participate.
