Michael Pamfilis, a 12 year old Hawks fan from Smyrna, Georgia, is acting as our official correspondent from the Atlanta Hawks 2002 Summer Basketball Camp. Here is the fourth in our series of Michael's camp diary.
Hey again . Let me tell you about my 4th day at the Hawks Summer Basketball Camp...
Again, like always, we get there early to warm up and do our stretches.
Today, a surprise! During our drills, Ira Newble, Jason Terry, Dominique Wilkins and Lou Hudson (Atlanta Hawks/St.Louis Hawks great) showed up at the camp! It was really weird because all four of them know me!
Today I think was the best day becuase all those players took the extra time to come help us with our individual skills. I was very grateful.
After a great lunch from Chick-fil-A, my team didn't do well at all in the 3-on-3 games. We lost both games today. Later, in the 5-on-5 games, we lost by a score of 28-26.
Oh well, we will dominate tomorrow!!!!!
That was my 4th day and the last day is tomorrow and I'll be telling all you Hawks fans about it!
