    What if I lose or misplace my Hawks tickets?
    By logging onto My Hawks Account, you will receive access to our ticket forwarding system. By entering your Account ID Number or e-mail address and Password/Pin number you will be able to e-mail a printable version of the tickets, which you or your guests will be able to use at the door.

    Upon forwarding my tickets via "My Hawks Account", will someone still be able to use my lost tickets?
    No, once tickets are forwarded the barcode from the original tickets is void.

    What do I need to do if my address changes?
    For your own protection we will only accept written notification of a change of address by the primary season ticket holder on the account. This notification must be submitted by U.S. Mail to: Atlanta Hawks, Attn: Service and Retention, 101 Marietta Street, Suite 1900, Atlanta, GA 30303

    Or you can fax notification to (404) 878-3527. It must be signed by the primary season ticket holder.

    What do I need to do if my e-mail, phone and fax numbers change?
    Since we do a large percentage of communication through e-mail and phone, it is very important to have this information updated on your account. Please contact your Customer Service Executive immediately to make changes to your contact information.

    Are playoff tickets a part of my season ticket package?
    While Playoff tickets are not part of your season ticket package, Full Season ticket holders get first rights to their same seats for the Playoffs and first right to purchase additional Playoff tickets. Hawks Season Ticket Holders always receive priority when they purchase playoff tickets.

    Are animals allowed inside Philips Arena?
    Philips Arena welcomes Guide or Assistance Dogs utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.

    Are there ATM's located inside of Philips Arena?
    For your convenience, Bank of America ATM machines are located inside Philips Arena.

    What carrying items can I bring into Philips Arena?
    For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) will be permitted inside Philips Arena, and may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted. There are no storage lockers at the arena. Please make sure that you leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle.

    When is the Philips Arena Box Office open?
    The box office is open M-F 9:30am - 5:00pm each week. You can find more information about the Philips Arena Box Office here.

    How Does Will Call work?
    For your convenience, Hawks Will Call services are available for our fans. On game days, guests may pick up tickets at the Will Call window at the box office. Guests will be required to present valid photo identification. Will Call tickets for a particular game are only available on that game date.

    I'm bringing my child to the game and he/she will sit on my lap. Do I need a ticket for him/her?
    A ticket is required for children 24 months and older.
