Hawks recall Muscala

ATLANTA -- The Atlanta Hawks have recalled forward/center Mike Muscala from the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League, it was announced today by Head Coach Mike Budenholzer.

In six contests with Fort Wayne this season (4-2 record), he is putting up 12.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 blocks in 29.8 minutes (.475 FG%, .857 FT%).

He was assigned to Fort Wayne yesterday and in last night’s game against Austin, finished with 15 points, seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block in 32 minutes (7-12 FGs, 1-1 FTs). In three stints with the Mad Ants this season, he has averaged 15.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 blocks in 28.8 minutes (.512 FG%, .857 FT%) in four contests.
