Hawks Step Up to Support Dream in WNBA Finals
![]() HAWKS STEP UP TO SUPPORT DREAM IN WNBA FINALS ATLANTA, GA ----- Atlanta Hawks players and executives have purchased over 600 tickets for Game 3 of the WNBA Finals to allow local youth the opportunity to attend the game. The Seattle Storm lead the Atlanta Dream 2-0 in the best-of-five series. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 pm ET at Philips Arena. Hawks Owner Michael Gearon, Hall of Famer Dominique Wilkins, General Manager Rick Sund, Head Coach Larry Drew, and players Maurice Evans, Al Horford, Joe Johnson and Marvin Williams were among those who donated tickets to the game. Youth from organizations including the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, Cool Girls Inc. and Sheltering Arms will be beneficiaries, attending the game at no cost. |
