Rivers, Graham Announce College Decisions

SONS OF FORMER HAWKS
GAIN BASKETBALL SCHOLARSHIPS

The sons of two former Atlanta Hawks have recently announced their intentions to continue their basketball careers on the collegiate level. Jeremiah Rivers(right), a junior from Winter Park, FL, and the son of Hawks guard and current Boston Celtics coach Glenn "Doc" Rivers, has committed to Georgetown over Kansas, Georgia Tech and a number of other schools, according to the Washington Post. The 6-4 guard averaged 14.8 points and 5.7 assists last season for the 17-11 Wildcats, and he is considered to be among the top junior point guards in the country.

In addition, Florida Atlantic University has announced that Paul Graham, the son of former NBA player Paul "Snoop" Graham, who played for the Hawks from 1991-94, will become the first prep signee to commit with new coach Matt Doherty. Graham is a 6-4 wing player who played at Philadelphia Lutheran Academy.
