Halftime Live Drum Corps Home Page

Halftime
Live(TM), with its riveting rhythms, bold beats and ear-grabbing energy, is a
synchronized musical showcase of the Historical Black College and University
marching band. Whether belting out original compositions or soul-infused
interpretations of top 40 hits, Halftime Live(TM) is one of the country's premiere
professional marching bands. Comprised mostly of metro Atlanta high school and
college musicians, many of whom appeared in the blockbuster movie Drumline,
group performances range from colorful, choreographed routines to heavy doses of
drum riffs and cadences.
A highly-touted theatrical production that toured the Southeast in 2005, it has
performed at numerous events and venues, including the Georgia Music Hall of
Fame, Road Atlanta's Petit Le Mans Series, Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle's inauguration
and Atlanta Falcons football games.
Its thrilling performances have earned praise from many in the music industry,
including producer and pop music mogul Dallas Austin. In 2009, the band plans to
captivate new audiences when Halftime Live(TM) takes it funky, in-your-face brand
of marching to dozens of cities across the country before heading overseas for
its first world tour.
So listen. It's more than music. Halftime is sho'time.
