The Atlanta Hawks would like to invite youth coaches of all levels to Philips Arena for the 2009 Atlanta Hawks Coaches Clinic presented by Gatorade. This special clinic includes guest appearances from members of the Hawks coaching staff, exclusive behind the scenes tours, chalk talks, photo opportunities, and an exclusive Gatorade Coach's Kit for all participants. As well as the main 2009 Atlanta Hawks Coaches Clinic presented by Gatorade, former Atlanta Hawks guard Charlie Criss and the Atlanta Hawks Basketball Development Team travel around the metro Atlanta area hosting FREE satellite clinics to youth coaches of various levels. Basketball instructional topics such as how to run an effective offense and utilizing the appropriate defensive sets, as well as personal topics such as the importance of balancing school, family and basketball, are a few of the many topics covered throughout each clinic.
