How do I redeem my voucher?

  1. Complete the back of your voucher(s).
  2. Present the voucher(s) at the Philips Arena Box Office during regular box office hours.
  3. Vouchers can be redeemed on or prior to the desired game day.
  4. Tickets are subject to availability
  5. Voucher(s) do not guarantee admittance nor availability of tickets to desired game(s).

When is the Philips Arena Box Office open?

The Philips Arena Box Office is open Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM until 5:00 PM on non-event days. On event days closing times will vary.

  • On weekends, the box office will open at 12:00 PM on a game/event day
  • On non-event/non-game weekend days, the box office is closed
  • For Thrashers games, the box office is open through the 2nd period
  • For Hawks game, the box office is open through the 3rd quarter

Where is the Philips Arena box office located?

The box office is located on Centennial Olympic Park Drive, which is the east side of CNN Center under the "ATLANTA" letters

Does the voucher guarantee that tickets will be available?


NO. Tickets are subject to availability and are available while supplies last. Please note that your voucher does not guarantee admittance, so be sure to redeem your vouchers early.

How many vouchers can I redeem at one time?

Customers may redeem up to two (2) vouchers at a time, equaling a total of four (4) free tickets.

What if I want to purchase additional tickets?

You are able to purchase an additional two (2) tickets per voucher at cost of $20 a ticket. If you redeem two (2) vouchers at one time, you can purchase up to four (4) additional tickets at $20 a ticket.

If I redeem two vouchers at the same time, will my seats be together?

Yes.

If I redeem two vouchers for the same games, but at different times, will my seats be together?

No. If separate vouchers are redeemed during different transactions, we cannot guarantee that specific seating will be available.

Can I redeem my vouchers over the phone/online?

No, you must present your voucher to the box office in person. Vouchers cannot be redeemed over the phone or online.

Where do I park on game days?

There are many garage and surface lots around Philips Arena with available parking. Please log on to www.philipsarena.com for more information about parking and directions to specific lots.

Is parking included in my voucher offer?

No. Parking around Philips Arena varies and can range from approximately $5 - $20

What if I need handicapped access seating?

Handicapped/wheelchair seating is available at no extra charge, but availability is limited. Please redeem your vouchers early to ensure available seating.

Don't forget these important details:

  • The Hawks/Thrashers vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other discount, premium or rebate offer.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
  • Duplicate vouchers will not be honored, acknowledged or returned.
  • Vouchers are not for resale.
  • Tickets redeemed with vouchers are not to be resold or issued to those other than for whom they are intended.
