Player Sections
Atlanta Hawks players Joe Johnson, Josh Smith, Marvin Williams, Flip Murray, and Al Horford are participating in the Hawks’ Player Assist Program in which each player has purchased a block of seats to every 2008-09 home game at Philips Arena. The tickets will be donated through the Hawks’ Community Development Department to youth groups and non-profit organizations throughout metro Atlanta.

Over 6,000 fans will be able to attend a Hawks home game as part of the initiative.

Here are the player sections you can find at Philips Arena!

Team Georgia
In partnership with Philips Arena, the Atlanta Hawks and the Atlanta Thrashers, TEAM GA - (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management), helps educate patrons about personal responsibility, informs fans and guests of the danger of impaired driving and seeks to ensure safe travel of those attending concerts and sporting events at Philips Arena. Individuals who sign up receive a non-alcoholic drink coupon and names are entered for a prize drawing. The Designated Driver Booth is located adjacent to Portal 11 on the main concourse and is in operation for all sporting events and concerts. Check out their website at http://www.teamgeorgia.net/.

Team Up for Tickets
TeamUpUnable to attend a game and don't want your tickets to go unused? The Atlanta Hawks have a program for season ticket holders to donate tickets that can not be used. With your thoughtfulness, and the help of Big Brothers Big Sisters, children and mentors are able to enjoy time together watching Hawks action at Philips Arena. A recent study showed that children involved in a one-to-one mentoring relationship through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program are 46% less likely than their peers to start using illegal drugs and 52% less likely than their peers to skip a day of school. Quite simply, mentoring and your tax deductible donation make a difference. Contact andrea.carter@atlantaspirit.com for more information.
