What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?

20 tickets is the minimum number. There is no maximum number of tickets subject to availability

What are the benefits of bringing a group out to a game?

Reduced ticket costs, no additional service charges resulting in substantial savings, block seating, group name on video board, and personalize account executive, opportunity to purchase playoff tickets and much more.

Where can I park?

Parking is available throughout downtown. You can go to our and click on parking to view all available lots. The prices range from $5 to $20 per parking lot.

Where can buses park?

Buses are allowed to drop off and pick up on 4th and Linden. At times buses may remain on 4th and Linden (depending on police procedure). If buses are not allowed, you would need to find a nearby lot. Typically bus parking fees are $35.

What are the video and audio policies?

No video or audio recording devices are allowed inside the building. Still cameras with and extended lens of 3” or less is permitted for Memphis Grizzlies games. Cameras that violate policy will not be allowed into the building.

What time can I enter FedExForum?

FedExForum doors open one hour before game time. Jack Daniel's Old Number 7 Restaurant opens an hour and a half before game time.

What age are children required a ticket?

Children under 24 months do not required a game ticket to enter FedExForum.

When does our group name appear on the FedExForum videoboard?

The group scoreboard recognition occurs at the end of the 1st quarter in most cases but is subject to change without notification.

When is my final payment due and when will I receive my group tickets?

Final payment is due 14 days prior to your game date. Once payment is received, group tickets should arrive within 5 – 7 business days. Once tickets are printed and mailed, all sales are final and NO refunds or returns.

May I add tickets to my original order?

Yes, subject to availability. Depending on game date, your additional tickets may not be located near your original group order. It’s a good idea to reserve more seats to ensure enough tickets in the same location.

My tickets were lost or stolen. What do I do?

The Grizzlies are able to reprint your ticket, at face value, if the exact location of the lost or stolen tickets are known and reprint if requested by group leader in advance (up to 24 hours) of the game. The Memphis Grizzlies will cut the bar code off on the original tickets for security purposes. Treat your group tickets like cash and keep it secure until your game date.
