Players visit Le Bonheur Children's Hospital
As part of the Memphis Grizzlies Season of Giving, a group of Memphis Grizzlies’ players visited with patients of Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and their families on Thursday, December 20.
Darrell Arthur, Wayne Ellington, Hamed Haddadi and Tony Wroten, along with Grizz and the Lady Bears visited with Le Bonheur’s patients and families and serve popcorn as part of the hospital’s movie night. They also gave the children a toy for the holidays.
The Lady Bears are a charitable group of the Memphis Grizzlies whose members are comprised of the women who play a significant role in the lives of Grizzlies players, coaches and basketball operations staff.
The Memphis Grizzlies Season of Giving has included Grizzlies players, coaches, family members and staff teaming with community partners to make a difference in the lives of children and families by hosting several charitable events throughout November and December.
