MEMPHIS, April 28, 2011 - Game 6 of the Western Conference First Round Playoff series between the Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs will tip-off at 8 p.m. (CT) on Friday, April 29 at FedExForum and will air locally on SportSouth and nationally on ESPN, the NBA has announced.

The Grizzlies’ third home playoff game of the series will feature the broadcast crew of play-by-play announcer Pete Pranica, analyst Sean Tuohy and sideline reporter Rob Fischer. Game 6 coverage will begin on SportSouth at 7:30 p.m. with the pregame show Grizzlies LIVE and will be followed by postgame coverage featuring Pranica, Tuohy and analyst Brevin Knight.

Prior to Friday’s game, fans are encouraged to join Grizz, the Grizz Girls, McDonald’s Claw Crew and Grizzlies inflatables for another Hard Rock Cafe Plaza Party, beginning at 6 p.m. at FedExForum. All fans attending Game 6 will receive a Playoff Rally Towel.

Memphis, which leads top-seeded San Antonio 3-2, is one win away from becoming the second eight-seed to knock off the one-seed since the NBA expanded the first round to a best-of-seven series (Golden State over Dallas in 2007). The 2011 Grizzlies Playoffs are presented by First Tennessee and Toyota.
