    2003 NBA Draft:
    Chosen 20th overall by the Boston Celtics. Traded from Boston to the Memphis Grizzlies, along with Troy Bell [BC] the 16th pick. Boston received Memphis' 13th and 27th draft picks, Marcus Banks [UNLV] and Kendrink Perkins [Ozen HS (tx)] respectively.

    --Named as one of 16 finalists for the 2001 USA Basketball World Championship for Young Men Team.
    --2000 USA Basketball Men's National Team Trials participant.
    --1999 USA Basketball Men's National Team Trials participant.

    --2002-03 named Honorable Mention All-America by AP.
    --2002-03 named All-Atlantic Coast Conference First Team.
    --All-ACC Defensive Team both seasons at Duke.
    --2002-03 Posted team-leading averages of 17.7 points (5th in ACC) and 5.5 rebounds.
    --2002-03 Averaged 24.7 points in three NCAA Tournament games, including a career-high 28 points vs. Central Michigan.
    --2001-02 In first season at Duke, served as team’s primary defensive stopper.
    --Transferred to Duke University from Rutgers University following the 1999-2000 season and sat out the 2000-01 season.
    --Recipient of Rutgers' 2000 MVP Award.
    --1999-00 Led team and was seventh in the Big East in scoring.
    --1999-00 All-Big East Tournament honors.
    --1998-99 Named to the Big East All-Rookie Team.

    --Attended Steinert High School (N.J.) where he averaged 24.0 ppg. and 9.0 rpg. as a senior in 1997-98.
    --Named 1998 McDonald's All-America honorable mention, three-time selection for all-county.
    --As a junior in 1996-97, averaged 20.8 ppg. to help lead Steinert High School to a 25-3 record.
    --Finished his prep career with 1,675 points, the second highest total in Mercer County (N.J.) history.
    --Member of National Honor Society and named prep high school Academic All-America.
    --Also lettered two years in track and field.
