Mike Conley to host Bowl-N-Bash event Saturday, Sep. 26

Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley is inviting basketball and bowling fans alike to join the fight against Sickle Cell Disease at his Seventh Annual Bowl-n-Bash on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 12 - 4 p.m. at Billy Hardwick’s All Star Lanes (1576 S. White Station Rd. Memphis, 38117). Conley will be available to the media starting after 12:30 p.m.

The event, presented by City Auto, will benefit the Methodist Healthcare Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center. The center provides a preventative outpatient clinic and is Memphis’ first dedicated emergency infusion unit specifically for adult Sickle Cell patients. The center is focused on delivering the most innovative clinical care and developing advanced treatment that will improve the quality of life for patients and their families living with Sickle Cell.

By taking part in the event, fans will not only do their part to fight against Sickle Cell Disease, they will also get a chance to spend a fun-filled afternoon with Conley, his Grizzlies teammates, and other special guests. Registration for the event is $125 for individuals or $400 for a team of four. All participants will receive a Bowl-n-Bash T-shirt and free refreshments. Additionally, the teams will also receive autographed photos of Conley and four tickets to a Grizzlies’ preseason game.
