MEMPHIS, September 21, 2007 – It’s a whole new game! The Memphis Grizzlies will host the seventh Annual Tip-Off Luncheon presented by First Tennessee Bank on Monday, October 29, as one of the many Grizzlies events and parties throughout Memphis leading up to opening night.
Rub shoulders with Grizzlies players Mike Miller, Pau Gasol, Rudy Gay and Mike Conley, and meet new head coach Marc Iavaroni and general manager Chris Wallace or talk business strategy with Andy Dolich. Take part in the silent and live auctions held throughout the event featuring unique memorabilia and one-of-a-kind fan experiences, or simply spend your time getting to know the members of the 2007-08 Memphis Grizzlies team. Doors open at 11 a.m., followed by the event and program from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Individual tickets are $50, and tables of 10 are $400. For $2000, fans can purchase a table that will allow you to sit with a Grizzlies player, coach and/or executive. Pre-registration is required and all proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis.
