Official Rules: Be a Grizzlies Honorary Captain presented by Domino’s Pizza
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Promotion is open only to the legal residents Tennessee, the following Arkansas counties: Crittenden, Mississippi, Poinsett, Cross, St. Francis, Lee; and the following Mississippi counties: Tunica, Desoto, Tate, Marshall. All winners must be age 13 years or older, as of November 16/2007. The Dominos Pizza Grizzlies Honorary Captain promotion begins November 16, 2007 and ends on April 1, 2008 ("Promotion Period").
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The promotion is strictly a web-based contest available through grizzlies.com. and all entries must be made through grizzlies.com.
CONTEST: How to participate: log on to grizzlies.com under the fan zone section on the Promotions page. How to enter: fill out information and enter to register. Winners will be chosen during the promotional period with the last winner selected on April 18/2007 at 9:00 AM CST. The winners will be determined and notified by phone and notified at the beginning.
If entrant cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made 2 days from the date of first notification attempt for both weekly and grand prize awards, such person will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Limit one entry per user per visit. Void where prohibited..
PRIZE:: Eighteen (18) winners will receive two (2) 2007-2008 selected individual tickets to a Memphis Grizzlies game. Winners will present the game ball at center court during pre-game, receive two (2) Honorary Captain t-shirts, welcoming message on Video Board, and 2 lower-bowl tickets to that nights game. Arrangements for prize redemption will be arranged with winner. No prize substitution except at the sole discretion of Dominos Pizza due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for a prize of equal value. All prizes will be awarded.
Prize winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release. Prize is non-transferable. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Promotion will be determined by the total number of contest participants.
NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified by phone by during the promotion, at least five (5) days before the selected game. If he/she cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 2 business days from the date of first notification attempt, such person will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
INDEMNIFICATION: By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Domino's Pizza the Memphis Grizzlies, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.
The Memphis Grizzlies, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to: 1.) disqualify any person and void any entries of any person who it believes has tampered with the online entry process, the operation of grizzlies.com, or any other component of this promotion, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this promotion, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Memphis Grizzlies, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, award prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such modification, termination or suspension.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is only open to residents of the state of Tennessee, the following Arkansas counties: Crittenden, Mississippi, Poinsett, Cross, St. Francis, Lee; and the following Mississippi counties: Tunica, Desoto, Tate, Marshall. who are 13 years or older, By November 16, 2007 except employees and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of employees of Dominos Pizza, the Memphis Grizzlies, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents. By entering, you represent to the Memphis Grizzlies that you are at least 13 years of age. By participating in the promotion, the entrant grants the Memphis Grizzlies permission to use participant's name and likeness for advertising and promotion purposes without notice or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law) and agrees, without additional compensation, to appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by the Memphis Grizzlies. This Promotion is subject to these Official Rules.
CONDITIONS: The Memphis Grizzlies and its agencies are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's state due to participation in this promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
RULES/WINNERS LIST: Official Rules will be posted on the Memphis Grizzlies web site, www.grizzlies.com during the Promotion Period. By entering, entrant agrees to follow the Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Domino's Pizza, Memphis Grizzlies, and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either entrant’s participation; or the receipt use of the prizes awarded in the promotion. In consideration for being awarded the prize, winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winner’s name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Dominos Pizza, Memphis Grizzlies and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates. Contest void where prohibited. Retail value of each prizes is $104 for eighteen (18) pairs of individual game tickets.
