How do I renew my season tickets?

An initial payment is due by April 6, 2012 to reserve your seats for the 2012 Playoffs and 2012-13 Season. Payments can be made any one of the following ways:

  • Renew over the phone by contacting your account executive directly or by calling (901) 888-HOOP.
  • Online at Visit your account executive page then enter your account number and PIN for access.
  • Account number and PIN can be found on your invoice.
  • Fax your invoice with credit card information to (901) 205-1444.
  • Mail your invoice and payment in the enclosed envelope.

Remember, the deadline to renew your Season Tickets and purchase Playoff tickets is April 6, 2012. If you renew online, you are also qualified for great daily prizes in the Renewal Rewards Lottery.

What are my payment options?

You have 3 options to choose from:

  • Option 1 Pay in full by April 6, 2012 and you will receive 10% off your total Season Ticket purchase.
  • Option 2 – Pay in 3 installments with the first payment due by April 6, 2012.
  • Option 3 – 10-month payment plan with first payment due by April 6, 2012 - Spread your balance over 10 equal payments. Check the box on your invoice and complete the enclosed payment authorization form. We’ll automatically charge your credit card for 10 equal installments from your initial renewal payment to January 2013. Please note authorization form must be completed prior to renewal being processed.

With all options, you will be billed for Playoff games after the Playoffs have concluded.

How do I order Playoff tickets?

As a Season Ticket Holder you have the option to purchase your seats for all rounds of the NBA Playoffs. The Grizzlies could play a maximum of 16 home games over 4 rounds. By checking the Playoff box on your invoice and returning it with your initial Season Ticket payment, you will receive tickets for your current seat location for all home Playoff games.

How do I pay for my Playoff tickets?

While you must make your upcoming Season Ticket payment in order to qualify for Playoff ticket purchase, you will be billed for any Playoff games that are played on your second Season Ticket invoice. If you renew your account online you must click the Playoff box online. Your Playoff tickets will be shipped to the address listed on your account in late-April. If you do not check the box on your invoice or renew your Season Tickets you will not be able to purchase the Playoff package.

How do I purchase additional Playoff ticket packages?

All Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase additional Playoff ticket packages. To purchase additional Playoff packages you must pay for the first two rounds in full. Your account will be credited for any games that are not played. All additional package orders will be filled with the best available seat locations at the time of your order. Call your account executive at (901) 888-HOOP for more information.

How do I purchase single game Playoff tickets?

Once the Grizzlies clinch a Playoff spot, we will announce an on-sale date for single game tickets. Call your account executive at (901) 888-HOOP for more information.

Can I upgrade my Season Tickets for the 2012-13 season?

As a renewing Season Ticket Holder, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your Season Tickets prior to the sale of Season Tickets to the general public, based on availability. If you are interested in upgrading your Season Tickets for next season, please contact your account executive. Near the end of the regular season, you will be contacted with information about our upgrade event at FedExForum where you will be able to sit in seats and check availability.

Can I add additional seats to my account?

As a renewing Season Ticket Holder you will have the opportunity to purchase additional Season Tickets prior to the sale of Season Tickets to the general public. Please contact your account executive for more information.

What happens if I don’t make my initial payment?

All Season Ticket Holders must make a payment in order to secure their seats for the 2012-13 Season and 2012 Playoffs. If the payment is not made by the deadline, your seats will be subject to cancellation and be used to upgrade existing Season Ticket Holders.

I have credit on my account for games missed due to the work stoppage this year, how do I apply it to my 2012-13 Season Ticket Renewal?

Any remaining credit for games missed during the work stoppage is reflected on your 2012-13 Season Ticket invoice and has been applied to your balance due for next season. For example, if your total 2012-13 account balance is $10,000, and you have a $1,000 credit remaining from the work stoppage your balance due on your invoice will be $9,000.
