How do I renew my season tickets?
There are 4 ways you can renew your Season Tickets. An initial payment is due by April 18 to reserve your seats for the 2008-09 season. Payments can be made the following way:
- Call your account representative directly or call 901.888.HOOP.
- Log in to your “My MVP Account” at Grizzlies.com with your account number and PIN and pay online. (This information can be found on your invoice.)
- Fax your invoice with credit card information to 901.205.1444.
- Mail your invoice and payment to:

Remember, the deadline to renew your season tickets is April 18, 2008.
Is there an increase in price?
While there are many changes, one thing remains the same. You’ll experience no increase in ticket prices when you renew. See the seating chart and pricing page for next season's pricing.
What are my payment options?
There are 4 options to choose from:
- Option 1 – Pay your balance in full by April 18.
- Option 2 – Pay 25% by April 18. You will then be invoiced in June with the balance due in August.
- Option 3 – Automatic credit card payments. Check the box on your invoice and we’ll automatically charge your credit card for the three installments on the due date.
- Option 4 – Six-Month Payment Plan – Spread your balance over 6 equal payments. Check the box on your invoice and we’ll automatically charge your credit card for six equal installments from April to September.
Can I upgrade my season tickets for the 2008-09 season?
As a renewing Season Ticket Holder, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your season tickets prior to the sale of season tickets to the general public, based on availability. If you are interested in upgrading your season tickets for next season, you must check the upgrade box on your invoice and return with your initial payment.
In the spring, you will be contacted with information about our upgrade event at FedExForum where you will be able to sit in seats and check availability.
All upgrades will be handled in priority order. Please remember that certain price categories are already sold out so upgrades may be limited.
Can I add additional seats to my account?
As a Season Ticket Holder, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional season tickets prior to the sale to the general public. Please check the additional ticket box on your invoice and your account representative will contact you with more information.
What happens if I don’t make my initial payment?
All Season Ticket Holders must make an initial payment by April 18 in order to secure their seats for the 2008-09 season. If the payment is not made by the deadline, your seats will be subject to cancellation and be used to upgrade existing season ticket holders.
