Eligibility: The NBA Skills Challenge presented by Garanti (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of Turkey , who are between the ages of 13 -18 at time of entry. Eligible minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation. For the purpose of this promotion a minor is defined as a person who has not reached the age of majority in Turkey. Garanti Bank (“Sponsor”) and the NBA Entities together are the organizers (“the Organizers”) of this Contest. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and assignees of NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the NBA and its member teams (collectively the “NBA Entities”) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, Sponsors, distributors, retailers and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This Contest is subject to all applicable national, federal, state provincial and local laws and regulations.

To Enter: Submit an original Video of no more than (3) minutes in length highlighting your fundamental basketball skills including but not limited to: ball handling, shooting, passing, and 1-on-1 (“Entry”). There are two ways to submit an Entry, between 12:00:00AM Eastern European Summer Time (“EEST”) on 4/22/08 and 11:59:59PM EEST on 5/21/08 (“Promotion Period”): 1.) Online: Visit www.nba-garanti.com, complete the Official Online Entry Form and upload your video in accordance with the instructions provided; or 2.) Onsite: a) Register onsite at one of four Live street filming events during the Promotion Period by completing the entry form in accordance with the instructions provided and b) while onsite at a Live street filming event film a Video with the NBA representatives at the event. For a list of Live street filming events visit www.nba-garanti.com . There is a limit of one Entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from any one person or e-mail address during this Contest will be void.Video must be your original work. Noncompliance with foregoing may result in disqualification. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited and any such entries will be void. Other than for prize notification or for promotional emails, neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into any communications with any Entrant regarding this contest or acknowledge any entry not meeting all entry requirements stated herein and such entries will be disqualified. Entries that are deemed by the judges in their sole discretion to be immoral, obscene, profane or not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or in violation of these rules will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries (or any component thereof), inaccurate contest related information provided by Sponsor or for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions or telephone line or transmission problems or technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Contest, mechanical, electronic or human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the taping of Onsite entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to void suspect entries or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend entry submission should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest and, in the event of such cancellation, suspension or termination, at its discretion, determine the winners from all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring cancellation, termination or suspension using the judging criteria stated herein. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions and determinations of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Judging: Semi-Finalist judging: All entries will be posted at www.nba-garanti.com for peer voting. To vote for the entrant who you believe best displays fundamental basketball skills , judge the submitted videos of each by visiting www.nba-garanti.com between 12:00:00AM EEST on 4/28/08 and 11:59:59PM EEST on 5/23/08 and follow the instructions provided. Limit (1) vote per person and per email address per day. Multiple votes received from any person or email address thereafter during any one day or generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to affect the integrity of the peer voting process will be void. The (50) 16-18 aged entrants and (50) 13-15 aged entrants that receive the highest number of votes, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed Semi-Finalists (for a total of (100) Semi-Finalists). The (100) Semi-Finalists will move forward to the Finalist Voting. In the event of a tie for in either age group, such tied Entries will be judged by a “tie-breaking” judge on the criteria set forth above to determine the Semi-Finalist at issue. Finalist judging: (30) potential Finalist Prize winners [(15) 16-18 aged finalists and (15) 13-15 aged finalists] will be selected on or about 5/26/08 from among (100) Semi-Finalists, based on the following criteria: 1) Demonstration of Entrant’s basketball skills: 0-30 points; 2) Entrant’s level of Athleticism and potential to improve: 0-30 points; & 3) Entrant’s overall Performance and attitude: 0-40 points . Finalist Prizes will be awarded to the top (30) Entrants earning the highest number of points, as determined by the official judging panel. The official judging panel, will consist of qualified representatives designated by the NBA, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. In the event of a tie in either age group, such tied entries will be re-judged based on Entrant’s Overall Performance 0-100 points. Sponsor reserves the right to not award any prize or all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. Grand Prize Judging: (4) potential Grand Prize winners [(2) 16-18 aged winners and (2) 13-15 aged winners] will be selected on or about 6/15/08 from among (30) Finalists attending the NBA camp in Istanbul, based on the following criteria: 1) Demonstration of Entrant’s potential to play as part of a team: 0-30 points; 2) Entrant’s level of Athleticism and potential to improve: 0-30 points; and 3) Entrant’s overall Performance and attitude: 0-40 points . Grand Prizes will be awarded to the top (4) Entrants earning the highest number of points, as determined by the judges. The official judging panel, will consist of basketball officials from the NBA, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. In the event of a tie in either age group, such tied entries will be re-judged based on Entrant’s Overall Performance 0-100 points. NBA reserves the right to not award any prize or all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.

Prizes: (30) Finalist Prizes: 3-day/2-night trip for one to attend a NBA Basketball camp in Istanbul between 6/13/08 and 6/15/08 consisting of round-trip transportation (ground or air) from airport or train station nearest to winner’s residence to Istanbul, two nights in a single sex dormitory , ground transportation to/from the dormitory and the NBA Basketball camp and (3) meals per day ( Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)=$ 2067.67). Actual prize value will vary depending on winners’ cities of departure. Travel and dormitory arrangements to be determined by the NBA in its sole discretion and must be made through NBA’s agent. Winners are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by the Organizers or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The Organizers, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Istanbul, Turkey and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. If any prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and the Organizers will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by the Organizers. The Organizers reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event. Prize details are at the Organizers sole discretion. All additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities, service charges or other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winners. (4) Grand Prizes : 6-day/5-night trip for winner and his/her parent or legal guardian to Florida where winner will attend an Orlando Magic 2008 Basketball Camp in the USA between 7/28/08 and 8/1/08 consisting of round-trip air transportation from airport nearest to winner’s residence to the US, five nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations , ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel and the hotel and the NBA Basketball camp and (3) meals per day (ARV=$ 8076.84). Actual prize value will vary depending on winner's city of departure. Parent or legal guardian will accompany winner on trip but will not attend the Orlando Magic 2008 Basketball Camp. Travel and hotel arrangements determined by NBA in its sole discretion and must be made through NBA’s agent. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by the Organizers or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Any minor traveling companion must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable). If a potential Grand Prize winner fails to obtain all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas within a reasonable time period, he/she may be disqualified and a runner-up Entrant may be chosen at Sponsor’s discretion. If any Grand Prize events are canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and the Organizers will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of equal or greater value as determined solely by the Organizers. Winner and guest must comply with the basketball camp’s rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes=$94337.50.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prizes except by the Organizers who may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Federal, provincial, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are winners’ sole responsibility, including, without limitation, additional ground transportation, meals and gratuities with respect to the Finalist and Grand Prizes. Finalist Prize winners (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute and return a Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement within two (2) days of date of receipt of documents. Grand Prize winners’ traveling companion(s) (his/her parent or legal guardian) will also be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to prize award. Noncompliance with the foregoing, with these rules, the Organizers inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or any notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and a runner-up Entrant being chosen at NBA’s discretion. By entering, each Entrant warrants and represents that his entry submitted does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party and does not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Entrants further warrant and represent that (1) they have secured the requisite consent from any third party captured in their entry (including, but not limited to, any company or other third party trademarks or logos)and, if their entry is a prize winner, agree to provide legal releases for the use of such image in a form satisfactory to judges; (2) that the Organizers shall own the Video (and all material embodied therein); and (3) that by entering, the Entrant irrevocably assigns to the Organizers and their designees any and all rights, title and interest in the entry including but not limited to all copyright or intellectual property rights; and (4) that the Organizers and their designees shall have, without limitation, the perpetual, right worldwide to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit and use the entries in any way and in any media now or hereafter known (including on Sponsor’s website) for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purposes as the Organizers and/or their designees may determine without further permission, notification or consideration to Entrants, or any third parties. Entrants further agree that (1) entry (and all components thereof) will not be returned; (2) Released Parties and their designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) Entrants’ name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, authorization or notification to Entrant and (3) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability, loss, injury or damage to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to participants or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of Entrants’ participation in this contest, the use of any entry or any of the rights granted herein or the acceptance and/or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or use of any of the rights granted herein. By accepting prize, Winners agree that Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of Winners’ acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for any inability of the winners to accept a prize and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify or eliminate winners.
