PHILADELPHIA(AP) LeBron James scored 20 points and had eight rebounds, four assists and four steals before sitting out the fourth quarter of the Cleveland Cavaliers' 91-83 win over the Philadelphia 76ers in a preseason game Tuesday night.

James' soaring slam dunk off an alley-oop pass from Ben Wallace late in the second period provided the game's highlight.

Andre Iguodala had 19 points and Elton Brand 12 points and 13 rebounds for Philadelphia. The 76ers played without starting center Samuel Dalembert, who was sidelined with a sore right knee.

The 76ers led 75-71 with 9:26 to play, but Sasha Pavlovic sparked an 11-4 run by the Cavaliers, and his 3-point shot with 6:17 to go gave the Cavs an 80-77 edge.

Philadelphia closed to 82-79, but Cleveland scored seven straight points, with Daniel Gibson's 3-pointer pushing the lead to 89-79.
