Charlotte (19-51) at Memphis (40-29) 4:00 pm EST

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (Ticker) -- The Memphis Grizzlies have a great chance to record their longest winning streak this season when they host the Charlotte Bobcats on Sunday.

With a 91-75 victory in New York on Friday, the Grizzlies matched a six-game run they recorded from November 25-December 6. The club record is eight, accomplished in January 2004.

Pau Gasol scored 36 points and grabbed eight rebounds and Mike Miller chipped in 15 points off the bench for Memphis on Friday. The Grizzlies showcased their defensive prowess by limiting the Knicks to just 48 points through the first three quarters.

During its run, Memphis has allowed just one opponent to score more than 84 points. It is within one-half game of the fifth-place Los Angeles Clippers in the Western Conference standings.

The Bobcats will be making their third crack at a 20th victory after going 18-64 in its inaugural campaign. They are 0-2 on a three-game road trip after a 114-93 loss at Miami on Friday.

Rookie Raymond Felton continued his strong play with 23 points in the loss. Felton is averaging 23.0 points and 8.7 assists in his last three games.

Memphis won both meetings between the teams last season.
