at home November 8, the Grizzlies shot 55 percent (36-of-65)
from the floor in a 100-96 triumph here December 31. Pau Gasol
scored 22 points to lead six Grizzlies in double figures.
The league's second-best defensive squad (88.9), Memphis has won
three of its last four overall and is in sixth place in the
Western Conference, 1 1/2 games behind the Los Angeles Clippers
and 1 1/2 in front of New Orleans.
Bobby Jackson scored 22 points and Mike Miller added 15 for the
Grizzlies, who had their three-game winning streak ended with
Monday's 115-101 loss to the Denver Nuggets.
