New Orleans (2-3) at Miami (4-3), 7:30 pm EST

MIAMI (Ticker) -- The Miami Heat appear to have figured things out at home.

After a shaky start, the Heat seek their fourth straight home win when they host the New Orleans Hornets on Tuesday.

Miami dropped its home opener to Indiana on November 3 but has turned it around of late here. It is 2-0 on a four-game homestand after Saturday's 108-99 victory over Charlotte.

Jason Williams scored 22 points and Dwyane Wade added 19, seven rebounds and seven assists for the Heat, which had its best scoring output of the season.

Meanwhile, the Hornets are coming off an 0-2 homestand after Saturday's 109-103 loss to Dallas.

Rookie Chris Paul had his finest effort of a fantastic start by scoring 26 points on 10-of-14 shooting. He chipped in five assists and reserve guard Speedy Claxton had seven for the Hornets, who shot 56 percent (39-of-70) in a losing cause.

Miami has won three straight and five of the last six meetings between the teams.
