PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) -- Allen Iverson and the Philadelphia 76ers hope to build off an impressive road victory and notch their first home win of the season when they host the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday.

After suffering through three consecutive tough losses to open the campaign, the 76ers posted a 111-109 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Saturday.

Iverson scored 29 points and Chris Webber added a handful of big shots in the fourth quarter among his 25 for Philadelphia, which had lost its first three games by an average of 15.3 points but regrouped on the road against one of the NBA's best teams.

The Sixers return to Wachovia Center to host a Mavericks squad fresh off a convincing win over the defending champion San Antonio Spurs on Saturday.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 34 points and Josh Howard collected 17 and 12 rebounds as Dallas routed San Antonio, 103-84.

Reserve guard Devin Harris connected on all eight shots from the floor and scored 20 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter for the Mavericks, who shot over 50 percent.

Nowitzki scored five points late in the third quarter and Harris took over from there, scoring 12 points in a critical 23-3 run that spanned the third and fourth quarters.
